For a bulk cooling fan quote, specify the exact model, quantity and what one unit must include. Add the electrical, mechanical and connection requirements, destination and required date so the quotation can address the same requirement you intend to purchase.

Prepare a separate line for each full model

Copy the complete suffix and revision from the label. For example, keep AD0712UB-F7BDS or 4715FS-23T-B50-D00 intact when referring to those models. Do not combine similar part numbers into one line unless you explicitly want alternatives reviewed.

Specify whether each requested unit is an individual fan, a fan with its shroud or bracket, or another complete assembly. A photograph containing multiple items does not establish a pack quantity. Ask for the quoted unit and included parts to be stated clearly.

Send photos that answer the open questions

• A readable full label, including any separate suffix or revision marking.
• Both fan faces and a side view with a ruler for thickness.
• The connector contact face, cable-entry side and complete harness.
• Mounting holes, shroud, bracket or blower outlet when these affect fit.

The current RFQ form does not include a photo-upload field. After submitting, email the photos or parts list to sales@coolingfanstore.com using the same email address as the request. Include your RFQ reference to help associate the material.

Confirm the quotation before planning installation

Pricing, quoted units, included parts, availability, shipping charges and lead time are confirmed for each quotation. A requested date is a requirement for review, not a confirmed delivery commitment. Any proposed alternative needs the relevant electrical, mechanical, airflow and connection checks before acceptance.
